CLASS TYPE / BREATHE

In these classes there is an increased focus to move mindfully with an emphases on linking breath with movement, to nurture the; mind body and soul.
You will be guided to calm the mind and incorporate breath with movement whilst strengthening, stretching and opening your body. Let’s breathe together.

CLASS TYPE / MOVE

In these classes you will move through a creative Vinyasa flow combining fluid and dynamic movements.
These classes will allow you to be challenged and come away feeling re energised, sweaty and strong. Let’s move together.

CLASS TYPE / CONNECT

These classes are for those that may be newer to the yoga practice, or prefer to keep things low key. They will allow you to move a little slower, and take the time to unwind finding a sense of presence.
A simple sequence of physical postures designed to target a specific body part. Releasing specific areas of the body will allow you to feel connected and calm. Let’s connect together. 

CLASS TYPE / QUICKIE BREAKDOWNS

Seeking a quick practise? Do you have 20, 30 or just 10 minutes available to you? Sometimes all you need is 15 minutes to move your body – Quickies range from ‘Core burners’ all the way up to a ‘Quick’ morning flow, whilst Breakdowns help you re educate yourself around a pose, or learn a transition that you might find tricky! This will help you feel supported for your longer classes. Do it quick or break it down together.  

CLASS TYPE / 30 DAYS TO GROW YOUR FLOW

This four-week plan gives you three classes each week chosen for you to build your practice and get you feeling your best.
The first classes are short and sweet, then gradually build to a 60-minute complete daily practice.

Commit yourself to 3 classes plus a guided meditation each week to help you feel stronger and more relaxed—body and mind.

CLASS TYPE / 3 WEEKS BUILD YOUR YOGI STRENGTH

aha yoga has put together a three week plan for those who are wanting to progress their practice. Each week we will work towards a different peak pose.

The selected peak pose chosen will have 3 classes. Within each class the focus will be on releasing, opening and strengthening the body towards a peak pose.
