Join us online for 3 weeks and complete just 3x 30minute classes a week to re align,
re connect and find balance without having to meditate for hours today.

We have intentionally designed 3 x 30 minute sessions that you can plan around your busy schedule. Our pre recorded sessions will be released at the start of each week and each week has a different focus to help you grow your flow.

Week 2: Balance in your life 
Week 3: Movement to feel more grounded
 
In less then 10 days you will feel like you have transformed your emotional wellbeing, feel more confident within your practice, increased energy levels, more presence in your life and so much more!

3 classes will be posted over 21 days starting 9th of MAY.
Classes will be 
30 minutes long. If you are a member you can also access yin, lots of yoga classes, meditations and more in the library to cool down and stretch.
