We have designed this online platform just for you. The time has come to give back to yourself by moving your body and connecting to your breath and our online yoga platform allows you to practice anywhere, anytime. We know how hard it is when your schedule is different each week and you feel like you have less hours in the day.

We get it and we care about you! Some of our best friends are shift workers just like you and we think they are hero’s! That’s why we have created and designed this platform to make it easier to fit mindfulness into your busy days. Allowing you to have structure and a self-care plan in place but to be able to practice at a time that best works for you. Whether you have work in the morning or the evening you can access our online yoga whenever best suits you and your schedule.

GROUNDED

Some of us spend a lot of time in our heads, thinking rather than being. We put so much of our energy into planning, overanalyzing, judging, worrying and regretting that we often lose touch with ourselves and the fact that we are a part of something so much bigger.

Through the practice of yoga, it allows us to come back down to earth… to help us feel grounded, give space to let go of all the clutter within our heads – this insight will connect you to your body.

Being grounded gifts you with a feeling of being at home within yourself – Present and at peace in your own skin.
